neighbour of msia - Indonesia (B@Li) Part 1

this should be a very memorable trip with hubby as it was our honeymoon trip...an oversea trip where we were able to make it 2gether...we were millionaire holding duno how much the value of notes...i still confused in converting the value in rupee and RM..

how many zero there in total???

Day 1 - 17 feb 2010

by the time we reached Bali was about 8pm...the first impression reaching the Denpasar airport was...simple airport, decorated with the elements of Indian cultures..at that time i was still confused with the culture of Balinese..i was not sure what was their nation's main religion - Islam o Hidusm.

we were able to visit the Kuta town, experienced the Kuta night life, had our dinner at famous Bamboo Corner...but one thing, i was kind of afraid of the road and traffic there..felt so insecure especially passby the small 'lorong-lorong'.

this is the menu of bamboo corner...special right??

this was d seafood basket that we ordered..tasted 'not bad'..

this is d spare rib that i ordered..why spare rib? i heard somewhere spare rib in Bali is really yummy..so just simply ordered..but spare rib here..totally 'out'...

Still remember the bomb blast in Bali in 2002 and 2005?? This monument is known as Bali Bomb monument is created at the downtown as to reminds us of the terrible incident, the explosion of Bali Bomb which occurred on Saturday evening October 12, 2002 at Jalan Legian, Kuta ...

the significant Bali Bomb Monument

at night, this area is really happening...overwhelming with loud disco music...people walking up and down, horse riding from one end of town to the other end...you just don't feel lonely...

horse cab about RM15 from the Legian street to Kuta beach

by looking at this, i am pretty sure that they are more like Hindus in Malaysia...

after having a stroll in the town, we slowly walked back to our hotel..we stayed in Tune hotel..condition there really thumb up..clean n tidy...price even more than 'reasonable'..

More exciting experience and great photos will be shared next.....To be continued...
