second Day

this was the day we were looking forward...going to universal studio..my hubby just back from universal in US..feel bit tak puas hati..that why no matter how must go to this place..

big thx to jocelyn for becoming out tour guide..before entering universal, we planned to enter the casino..but because we were not proper dressed, so being rejected !! only could take photo at the entrance.



when stepped in the Universal Studio, like i was entering another whole new world..just like the feeling..we cured our starving stomach at the fast food shop..enjoying our burgers and french fries.

when you enter the park, on your right will be the New York city..left will enter the Madagascar world.

one thing, must arrange the time properly..go watch all the performance first based on the show time, then only go queue up for the roller coaster o other fun activities...

that night, we spent our happy hour at clark quey, one of the pub there...anyhow didnt enojoy much as too tiring...only hoped my bed was there !!!

the third day was our shopping day..shopped till evening and met our friend to bring us to Johor. first time saw how the people react when waiting for buses...some were really impatient..

looking forward another trip with my best buddies..this was the memorable one...

Kl one stop..

on the 6th June, we went to KL from Sungai petani in the morning..had small gathering with friends and had our tea in Garden Midvalley. at night, only we took bus from Bukit jalil Bus Station and started our journey to Singapore..

first day in Singapore

Reached Spore early in the morning..we took taxi to hotel booked by Siaw Hui, Hotel Bacolen 88. Who know the taxi driver told us that hotel main business is 'china ladies' provide special service. when we reached there, nearly 6am..culdnt check in. since they have this service, renting room for few hours, we rented the room for 3 hours to sleep n wash up ourselves. (so funny, people rent few hours to do business, we rented few hours to sleep then only went out). after slept for 3 hours soundly like pig, we went out cari makan.

siau hui suggested go to Bugis area food court. so crowded there..we purposely queue up at long queue with the thought that must be delicious...anyhow..So SO only...







since we ere still new with the place, we just 'buta buta jalan' around the place. we took taxi to the 'durian' building.then from there we walked to the marina Bay, around Merlion Park to see significant statues of others, taking photo with Merlion and war memorial.

from here we could see the marina bay sand hotel...we took taxi to marina bay sand as to go to the sky park..who knows sky park not yet open that time.
however, we did take the chance to enter the Casino..

in the evening we waited for siaw hui's friend to bring us go makan makan. he brought us to geylang opposite wong kok dim sum to eat famous frog porridge..still Malaysian frog porridge the nicest !!

we had a walk at the Orchard Road while making decision which station to go next.







that night, we had our drink at the CHJMES while waiting my friend Hong ping to bring me the MRT "Touch n Go' stored value ticket for me. Such a nice friend. then i couldnt wait to go back hotel and sleeeeeep....ZZZzzzzzzz....

Ubud area

this day would be more of relaxing day when we could spend our own time staying in the hotel or hunt for food...

Woke up early in the morning, opened the door, and could smell the greenish smell of the paddy plant. so refreshing and exciting ! ! !







HUbby wanted to swim in the pool first to enjoy the calmness and coldness of the blueish water since not many people were there...while me, since i have sprained my ankle, i could only sit aside, looking at him showing off his swimming skills while taking photo. But one thing for sure, really relaxing ! ! !

Then only we went to enjoy our energy meal: breakfast at the restaurant


my main course: omelet with bread..yummy yummy...

this is the dessert...i like the fruits there...the only trip that i could enjoy so much of fruits and never suffered from constipation.

Then, we headed to the next hotel which our friends staying there...Tegalsari hotel...wah, the room is like those village house higher up, the bed decorated with rose petal and swan towel...so romantic !!!!

after sent our friends back...they back to Malaysia after that..only we had chance to take our photo around greenfield hotel..anyhow, i still feel that tegalsari can provide the feeling of romance !!

after taking enough photo, was time for makan makan...our friend recommended must go to the Nuri warung to taste the spare rib..one good thing about hotel in ubud was they provide charter service.wherever you want to go around Ubud, they will send.


the way they cook barbeque the rib..they steamed the ribs beforehand, then barneque them while putting the special made sauce on top..

next still 'makan'...but we tapao as we were still full, plus this famous shop was too crowded..another must try food, babi guling..this is the original stall, the other restaurant we tried the day before wasn't so nice...



if u see this, will slightly affect tour appetite...but still i like it !!

Haha...this was the Spa treatment that i was looking forward..we chose the honeymooner package..never expect honeymooner SPA is like that..

first we put up this bathrobe, then waiting for them to start the first session of massage


Wao..so comfortable...i chose the green tea plus goat milk..




after the Massage both of us had to enter the bath tab to cleAN ourselves

after back from the Spa, was time for us to say goodbye to the Ubud town, and heading to the airport.


of course we must take photo with our tou guide plus driver, Mr. Tattoo.

but too bad our flight delayed from 10pm to 12am..what to do..Airasia is always like that...retime is alwys their slogan.

we full a 'comma' for this trip..as we would visit Ubud next time..i just love UBUD...
